The dominant feature of this print is the walled city in the center. Walls surround the city acting as a defensive barrier. Within the city wallls can be seen several buildings such as towers and churches. The walls are surrounded by groves of trees and a river on the left side of the print. On the exterior grounds, a group of people can be seen appraoching the city walls. Within the group a lady is carrying a parasol who is leading the group. On the exterior grounds can also be seen several goats grazing on the riverbank. There is also a fisherman by the bank as well.
