In the background, on the left side, there is a woman lying on a bed. Next to the bed, there are three women standing behind the bed. On the right side, there is a doorway, which is occupied by three more women. One of them has their back to the observer. Below the frame (on the left and right sides) is small text that appears to be the artist's signatures. At the bottom center of the print, there is more text but it is unreadable due to the size of the print.
