Two horses greeting each other in the countryside. Both horses are have elegantly styled manes and tails. One horse is looking over its shoulder at the viewer while the other horse appears to be looking toward its left. However, it is very hard to tell because the horse's mane is covering its eyes. Behind the horses is a river flowing through the middle and dividing the countryside. On the left side there is a bridge which leads to a mountain. Around the mountain there is a town where the most prominent feature is a castle which has two bridges connected to it. These bridges connect the castle to the other part of the town. Above the horses are the names Romanus and Equus Matronalis. At the bottom of the print there are latin inscriptions.
