Carved medium brown wooden chair, with curved arms and feet and caned back and seat. The shape of the rectangular back is softened with curves and ornamented at top with a shell-shaped rocaille design, matching a similar shell design on the front seat rail. The curving arms and legs have carved leaf designs at top and bottom.

This is a frame made of cast and blackened bronze. Vertically, it is slim in orientation and is rectangular in shape. The top most part features a flower connected to two spiralling archs. It continues to feature several flowers and radiating petals throughout. The borders of the frame look like pilars ending with florets connected to each other.
