Drawing, Piety

This is a Drawing. It was created by Jan van der Straet, called Stradanus and dedicatee: Charles Emmanuel I, Duke of Savoy and Catherine Michelle of Spain, Duchess of Savoy. It is dated 1594–1596 and we acquired it in 1901. Its medium is pen and ink, brush and brown wash on laid paper. It is a part of the Drawings, Prints, and Graphic Design department.
