This is a Sugar bowl and cover. It was manufactured by Mennecy Porcelain Manufactory. It is dated ca. 1770 and we acquired it in 1906. Its medium is molded soft-paste porcelain, polychrome overglaze decoration, gilding. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was donated by Mrs. John B. Trevor.
