Cluster of grapes and lily over I - C.

It is inscribed

In brown ink, at lower right:" O" [and vertical scale, given in pieds]. At right, vertically, in brown ink: "72 hauter de la grande glacee/ Syl'on l'an...(?) aux deux Trammeaux de mettre les/ joins de la autre (?) glace à meme hauteur comme il est du/ raison les de(ux) glace porl...(?) 80 pouce sur 53 pouce.
