This is a teapot. It is dated ca. 1760 and we acquired it in 1911. Its medium is pewter. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was donated by George A. Hearn.

Its dimensions are

H x W x D: 16 x 17 x 10.5 cm (6 5/16 x 6 11/16 x 4 1/8 in.)

It has the following markings

JOSEPH..AND..SBAAD, between shields with SW FEINZIN and Angel. Shield with lion emerging from waves below. This mark information has not been verified in person but was transferred over from old PDDA catalog cards 1/9/2020.
