Watermark on main sheet: an escutcheon with a fleur-de-lis in the center on top wioth the chiffre similar to Churchill 194; watermark on overleaf: hanging bunch of grapes.

Inscribed in pen and black ink, entablature in the lunette: HOTEL DES MONNOIES.
