This object was bequest of Mrs. John Innes Kane. It is credited Bequest of Mrs. John Innes Kane.

It has the following markings

On bowl, stamped: mark for silver fineness of .833 used from 1814-1953. On shaft: coin of Johan Georg, Dux Sax. On windmill, stamped: mark of the Assay office and a small article mark of .800. On stem, stamped: illegible date mark.
