This is a tile. It is dated late 18th–early 19th century and we acquired it in 1920. Its medium is earthenware, glazed, high fire decoration. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was donated by Sarah Cooper Hewitt and Eleanor Garnier Hewitt. It is credited Gift of Eleanor and Sarah Hewitt.
