Patchwork Quilt Top, Chintz Bar and Broken Dishes

This is a Patchwork quilt top. It is dated mid-19th century and we acquired it in 1938. Its medium is cotton and its technique is pieced and sewn patchwork of roller-printed plain weave fabrics. It is a part of the Textiles department.

This object was donated by Mrs. J. Insley Blair. It is credited Gift of Mrs. J. Insely Blair.
