Tea Bowl and Saucer with "Hausmaler" Decor Tea Bowl And Saucer

This is a tea bowl and saucer. It was manufactured by Meissen Porcelain Factory and Meissen Porcelain Manufactory and workshop of Bartholomäus Seuter. It is dated 1720–1730 and we acquired it in 1938. Its medium is porcelain, gold. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was bequest of Erskine Hewitt. It is credited Bequest of Erskine Hewitt.

Its dimensions are

H x diam. (a: cup): 4.5 × 7.9 cm (1 3/4 × 3 1/8 in.) H x diam. (b: saucer): 2 × 13 cm (13/16 × 5 1/8 in.)
