Vase

This is a vase. It was manufactured by Daum and mount made by Malvézieux Ainé. It is dated ca. 1880 and we acquired it in 1967. Its medium is acid-etched and incised glass, silver-gilt (mount). It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was donated by Unknown. It is credited Gift of Anonymous Donor.

It has the following markings

Round label for Davis Collamore and Co. Ltd. Fifth Ave. and 37th St. New York On base and neck mounting: Minerva head facing right in octagon. On base mounting: horizontal lozenge with ewer between M and V.
