Sample Card (USA)

This is a Sample card. It was designed by Dorothy Wright Liebes and woven by Dorothy Wright Liebes. It is dated ca. 1953 and we acquired it in 1972. Its medium is cotton, silk-viscose rayon blend, viscose rayon, cellulose acetate butyrate-laminated aluminum yarn, painted reed and its technique is plain weave with spaced, unpaired warps. It is a part of the Textiles department.
