Sample Card (USA)

This is a Sample card. It was designed by Dorothy Wright Liebes and woven by Dorothy Wright Liebes. It is dated ca. 1945 and we acquired it in 1972. Its medium is cotton, viscose rayon, silk and its technique is 2/2 twill woven; white warps operate singly and red warps are alternately paired and single. It is a part of the Textiles department.

This object was donated by Estate of Dorothy Liebes Morin. It is credited Gift of the Estate of Dorothy Liebes Morin.
