Chocolat Menier Matchsafe

This is a matchsafe. It was manufactured by Whitehead & Hoag Company. It is dated ca. 1905 and we acquired it in 1980. Its medium is plated metal, printed celluloid. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.
