Katagami, Juniper Leaves and Berries

This is a Katagami. It is dated 1780–1830 and we acquired it in 1950. Its medium is mulberry paper (kozo washi) treated with fermented persimmon tannin (kakishibu), and silk threads (itoire). It is a part of the Drawings, Prints, and Graphic Design department.
