Miser's Purse

This is a Miser's purse. It is dated 1800–1820 and we acquired it in 1953. Its medium is silk, metallic beads and its technique is beaded netting. It is a part of the Textiles department.

This object was donated by Mrs. Albert Blum. It is credited Gift of Mrs. Albert Blum.
