The colors are rich and mellow against the creamy paper - reddish brown, muted blue-green, light purplish pink, white, light grey, and black. Along the bottom, the white sidewalk, shaded with grey and black along the left side, angles up to the right slightly. A simple railing, rendered in black with teal highlights, separates the building from the street. Below street level the building is pink; the top portions of a window and an arched door under the stoop peek above the line of the sidewalk. The window has black curtains with scalloped white details, accented with a teal green shade and reddish trim. The reddish door has teal trim around a half-moon shaped black window at the top. This door is tucked under the steep white-grey stairs angling up at right side of the image.
