This is a Borders (five). It is dated 19th century and we acquired it in 1939. Its medium is linen and its technique is bobbin lace, late valencienne ground. It is a part of the Textiles department.

This object was donated by Mrs. George Nichols. It is credited Gift of Mrs. George Nichols from the collection of her mother, Mrs. J.P. Morgan.
