Square album cover with the word “shocks” capitalized in a classic style typeface split into two symmetrical rows, each with three letters. The letters are formed through shadows, giving an appearance of 3-dimensionality as if raised or embossed. The letters are broken up with “SHO” on the top line and “CKS” beneath, filling the object's surface. All letters are capitalized, “H” and “K”are depicted with raised pyramid-like peaks at the top and bottom of each character 3-d effect creates shadows revealing a serif-looking font. Triangles comprise the ends of letters between thin straight lines. The cover appears as almost a topographical landscape with letters formed by the raised shadows. A “light source” is seemingly in bottom left corner, where the shadows are cast to the right, get darker from left to right, strongest in the top right corner surrounding the “O” The object is filmy white, with shadowy lettering, giving an almost eerie feel. The shadows appear in varying monochromatic cool grey and blue-black tones.They appear softly shaded, as if smudged pencil or charcoal. A thin white border surrounds the object.
