Recto, in graphite, lower right corner (perpendicular to drawing): 94; at center, inscribed in circle): Note / the fond of colour on the / pilaster is green very / grey - made with indigo; below: this should come out more; These are the mouldings of / pilster carried around / . . . . ; upper right: section of modillion / total relief about .022 / the fond of H's a dark blue / (inscribed in circle): Note the fond of scroll in / cornice is of dark fle...; Important Note - in medallion the center is slightly convex / and the H is on a level with the frame of medallion / the crown projects a little more - / Note - / in the decoration of flat space on the chimney the line separating / the crossing lines which surround the H and fleur de lis / are black.
