This is a Sample book. It was manufactured by Jacquemart & Bénard. It is dated 1822–30 and we acquired it in 1986. Its medium is block-printed, gilded, flocked, handmade paper. It is a part of the Wallcoverings department.

This object was bequest of Mary Hayward Weir and donated by Unknown. It is credited Museum purchase from General Acquisitions Endowment and Decorative Arts Association Acquisitions Funds and through gift of Anonymous Donor and Bequest of Mary Hayward Weir.
