Bowl And Stand (Holland)

It is credited Gift of Frans Leidelmeijer, Amsterdam, in memory of Daan van der Cingel.

Clear blown lead-glass bowl with an irregular, undulating lip and organic, nature-based shape. The fluid, petal-like bowl is uneven in height, its sides gently folded and expanding from a base of soft, pinched corners. The object is set against an ombre background which gradually blends from black tones at the top to a light grey at the bottom. Shadows and highlights reflect angles which radiate from the bottom of the object.
