This is a jug. It was designed by Willem Coenraad Brouwer. It is dated 1907 and we acquired it in 1994. Its medium is earthenware. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was donated by Mr. Justin G. Schiller. It is credited Gift of Justin G. Schiller.

Its dimensions are

It has the following markings

On the underside of the jug: [1] an "O" with a superimposed "X" between a backwars "B" on the left and a "B" on the right, underlined, and above "HOLLAND", incised (artist's mark). [2] "0" on the left and "7" on the right of the artist mark, incised (date; 1907). [4] "4", incised. [3] "13", incized (model number).
