This is a vase. It was manufactured by Rookwood Pottery and decorated by Lenore Asbury. It is dated 1906 and we acquired it in 1983. Its medium is glazed earthenware. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was donated by William Goodman and Marcia Goodman. It is credited Gift of Marcia and William Goodman.

Its dimensions are

H x diam.: 24.2 x 14 cm (9 1/2 x 5 1/2 in.)

It has the following markings

Artists's monogram incised on bottom, underglaze: "L.A.", also, W. Impressed on bottom, underglazed: RP cipher with 14 flames, IV beneath 905 C.
