John Reinhart's earliest years in the automotive industry were spent working for the premier American luxury car manufacturer Packard. In this concept drawing, Reinhardt includes the company's iconic insignia, the swan, just above the grill. The car is depicted frontally at a slight angle, emphasizing its triangular shape and pointed grill. The disproportionately large face of the car nearly obfuscates the windshield and the fact that the car is a convertible.
