Uniquely designed rocking chair with a skeletal black composition made out of belge noir marble and resin. It has an armrest, backrest, and seat, structured and interconnected with varying legs that curve - almost creating a fluid illusion. As these components connect to the various parts of the chair, it widens into a cone and seamlessly attach, as if the object emerges from a single piece.

Uniquely composed furniture in the form of a chaise with a skeletal foundation and a solid top. The object is composed of polyutherine and rubber. It is opaque and is in a frosted white color. The seat is in a slanted v-shape with a deep curvature on one side. Various points of the body are attached to support legs that meet in one of the three points touching the floor. Spaces in between these supports are hollow creating the skeletal look of the furniture’s foundation.

A standalone bookshelf in a tree-like form entirely made out of bronze. It has a rectangular base with extending arms branching out of its trunk situated in the center. It has varying sized rectangular and square platforms that are raised by the different branches. The branches extend both left and right and the platforms are arranged in a way that it subtly creates a triangular overall shape.

Various sketches detailing the features of a rocking chair. Along the left edge of the vertical sheet is a block of small print, possibly computer coding. At bottom is a large rendering of the chair, in black and dark grey, seen from behind. The chair has a low back, wide, flat arms, and a webbed back support structure. Five lines spread out from the center back of the chair, connecting with downward struts from the arms and outward struts from the seat. The bottom of the chair curves in two rockers. A detail view of bone is sketched in grey at lower right. Above the large rendering are four smaller greyscale computer illustrations charting the progression of the form, with arrows linking the stages and notes between the illustrations. At upper right is a line drawing of the side view of the chair. The back is disconnected from the seat, the support juts out and back, the arms are angled up, and the bottom rocker is strongly curved with a point at the back. The side supports form an X shape. The diagram is labelled with small arrows and notations. At upper left handwritten text reads 'THE ROCKER' with notes and a diagram of vertical lines below. The print is signed 'Joris Laarman' at bottom right.

Isometric view of a chair with undulating waves starting with the edge of the seat extending in an “S” form in an ascending crest that meets the underside of the seat displaying full convex roundness then continuing straight down to touch the floor. On the sitting side, the material has a concave appearance with polygons lightly painted, mirroring the forms of negative space represented underneath the chair. The piece has a black matt finish.
