Magazine, WERK No. 21: Martin Bedin

This is a Magazine. It was designed by Theseus Chan and printed by AlsOdoMinie and made for WORK. It is dated 2014. Its medium is die-cut offset lithography over silver foil on paper.

The die-cut pages of this unusual magazine create a dramatic sculptural object. Chan founded the magazine WERK in 2000, subsequently followed by W_ _ K W_ _ K in 2015. The magazine pushes the boundaries of graphic design production. Each issue meshes the imperfect, the odd, and the handmade into limited-edition “extreme printed matters” that have won Chan cult status as an avant-garde magazine designer.

This object was donated by Theseus Chan. It is credited Courtesy of WORK.
