A small pendant watch inside an ovoid casing suspended from a black cord, which is attached to the watch through a jade ball, and has a cylindrical diamond encrusted slider. The case is made from onyx panels and has a diamond encrusted lid and bottom. The lid is open revealing a cream watch face with black enamel Arabic numerals on white enamel placques aound a segmented dial. The hour and minute hads are blue steel and set to the time of five past ten.

This is a Pendant Watch.

This object is not part of the Cooper Hewitt's permanent collection. It was able to spend time at the museum on loan from Private Collection as part of Jeweled Splendors of the Art Deco Era: The Prince and Princess Sadruddin Aga Khan Collection.

It is dated ca. 1925. Its medium is carved jade, onyx, black and white enamel, gold, round and other diamonds, platinum, silk (cord).

It is credited Lent by Private Collection.

A small, pendant watch inside a cblack enamel, upside-down acorn-shaped case. The bottom section of the case is decorated with two rows of diamonds separated by black enamel panels with gold dots on them, coming to a gold point. The top section has the diamonds arranged into triangles outlined in fine gold lines with teardrop shapes at the point. The watch is suspended from a black silk cord which has a black enamel cylindrical slide with a row of diamonds on the top and bottom.

A small, pendant watch with a silver-colored circular dial with black enamel Roman numerals held in a gold case decorated with red and black enamel. Dark blue, steel hour and minute hands indicate that the time is coming up to ten past ten. The back of the watch face is attached to three interlocking jade rings on a long, black, silk cord.

A diamond link chain necklace with six, carved, deep green jade panels displayed on a black velvet bust. Four of the jade panels are rectangular and worn around the neck interlinked by the diamond chains. In the center is a small lonzenge shaped diamond from which the main pendant falls. The pendant is formed from a pyramidal shape encrusted with small baguette diamonds with another rectangular jade panel below, then the pyramidal diamond encrusted shape again, with a long oblong-shaped carved piece of jade attached below.

A small, hexagonal pendant watch with a cream face, black Roman numerals, a gold hexagon in the center and dark blue steel hour and minute hands. The watch is inside a case whose back rises to an emerald pyramid. The watch face is outlined in red enamel and then further in black onyx. This is then surrounded with emerald, onyx and diamond panels. The case is attached to a beaded onyx cord set with emeralds, coral and diamonds at various intervals.
