Ring
This is a ring. It was designed by Betty Cooke. It is dated ca. 1985 and we acquired it in 2016. Its medium is silver, gold. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.
Cooke's jewelry captures beauty in its simplicity of form and surface. In this ring, Cooke employs the minimal form of the circle in various sizes and positions, their silver and gold surfaces use reflected light and shadow to create a more complex design.
