Producer of silver and crystal designs, notably by works in silver by Christopher Dresser, beginning 1877 or 1878. Founded by J.W. Hukin and J.T. Heath. Registered trademark in 1875. Dresser was associated with company at least until 1881. Hallmark : "H&H."

Silver-plated geometric toast rack with an arched base, and upright rectangular handle with three angled rectangular frames on each side. The overall shape is like a book laid on its spine, with the pages fanned out. The base has four bun feet, like flattened balls, one at each corner. The corners of each frame are ornamented with round balls with little nubs protruding, continuing the lines of the vertical and horizontal posts. The handle is taller than the flanking frames, with an additional, thicker horizontal brace at the top, and another, larger pair of ball joints at the top corners.
