Preservation Music

Preservation Music is a Sydney-based independent record label founded by Andrew Khedoori and Mark Gowing. Founded in 2001, it draws on Khedoori’s musical preferences (honed by his day job as Music Director at Sydney public radio station 2SER-FM), and Gowing’s design practice. Gowing designs all the sleeve/cover art as well as promotional materials for the label. As of 2014, the label has released over 50 albums primarily on compact disc, from experimental and electronic artists around the world. Their current website, also designed by Gowing, is www.preservation.com.au.
