A print of a town square. The square is divided into two parts. The area by the perimeter has paved walkways. The perimeter of the square is made up of several buildings. In the left far corner can be seen a church with its courtyard which extends to thre center of the print. The church and courtyard are enclosed by a brick wall. After the courtyard can be seen buildings that can be identified as either for business or residential use. The most prominent building is at the right far corner which has columns at the entrance and a triangle shape with arches in the top floors. In the interior of the square, there are paved paths that make their way through grassy sections which give the square the appearance of a garden. Throughout the square there are people and carriages that populate the square which gives it a vibrant feeling. At the bottom of the print can be seen the artist's signatures in very small print.
