Persian Ice Cream Knife

This is a Ice cream knife. It was manufactured by Tiffany and Co. and patentee: Edward C. Moore (1827-1891). It is dated ca. 1872–1904 and we acquired it in 1957. Its medium is silver, parcel gilding. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

It is credited Gift of Anonymous Donor.
