A cotton patchwork quilt with a dark green geometric design on an ivory background. The ivory cotton is somewhat discolored and spotted. Some pieces have fragments of printed lettering, suggesting the fabric is re-used. The dark green cotton has a small floral print in black, dark red, and light blue. The diagonal checkerboard-like pattern of the quilt has pieced diamonds alternating with plain diamonds. At the center of each pieced diamond is a square, with lines of triangles pointing in from each corner. The corners are finished with a diamond-shaped pieces. Together, the pattern on the pieced diamonds forms a grid-like design on the quilt. A border with lines of triangles runs around this design. The edges of the quilt are slightly wrinkled. In the top left corner is a small stitched-on label.
