Patchwork Quilt Top, Wild Goose Chase

This is a Patchwork quilt top. It was made by Martha Brownlee. It is dated 1825–1850 and we acquired it in 1995. Its medium is cotton and its technique is pieced and sewn patchwork of printed and unprinted plain weave fabrics. It is a part of the Textiles department.
