Jug (England)

This is a jug. It was designed by George Tinworth and manufactured by Doulton Pottery and Porcelain Company. It is dated 1869–72 and we acquired it in 1948. Its medium is salt-glazed stoneware, incised and relief decoration. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was donated by Bancel La Farge. It is credited Gift of L. Bancel La Farge.
