This is a Bottle. It is dated ca. 1750 and we acquired it in 1995. Its medium is rock crystal, gold. It is a part of the Product Design and Decorative Arts department.

This object was donated by The Panwy Foundation, Inc.. It is credited Gift of the Panwy Foundation, from the collection of Maria Wyman.

It is inscribed

An inscription around the rim of the cover says "En amitie sincere" (With sincere friendship).
