An acrylic and polyester color blanket woven with chenille yarns. The blanket consists of a grid five columns by nine rows where shades of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet range from pastels to grey-ish hues. The right-most column of the grid is pastel in shade, moving to the grey tones on the left, and the rows are yellow to orange to red to green to blue to indigo to violet from top to bottom.

A photograph of a designer's inspiration materials including fabric samples in various colors; deep blue, yellow ochre, apricot, lilac, burgundy, lavendar, mint green, peach, burnt orange, scarlet, crimson, golden yellow and emerald green, along with thread, in both metalic teal and golden yellow, twine, in deep purple, cream and beige feathers, dark brown celophane and white lace. Six of the fabric samples are stapled to two sheets of white paper at the front of the scene.
