Born in Trieste, Italy in 1953. Michael Manfredi is partner at Weiss/Manfredi Architects, New York. Prior firms: designer at Richard Meier and Partners and at Mitchell/ Giurgoal Architects. Education: Bachelor of Architecture from University of Notre Dame and Master of Architecture from Cornell University i 1979 under Colin Rowe. Recieved Henry Adams Scholastic Award from American Institute of Architects, Paris Prize (1975), Eidlitz Award and was Cornell University Fellow. Taught at Cornell, Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies, New York Institute of Technology, U of Pennsylvania, and Yale University.
