Teresa del Po was a painter and engraver of the late-Baroque period. She was born in Palermo, and her father was also a painter. She worked in oils and etching. She became a rare female member member of the Accademia di San Luca in Rome, an association of artists whose purpose was to elevate the work of painters, sculptors, and architects to above that of mere craftsmen.
