5.5 Designers is a French design studio founded in 2003 by Vincent Baranger, Jean-Sébastien Blanc, Anthony Lebossé, and Claire Renard, with a focus on research and consulting. Bringing accessibility, humor and simplicity to their designs, the firm has created objects for clients such as ceramics producer Bernardaud and the glass house Baccarat, as well as industrial design and electronics for Nespresso and LaCie. 5.5 Designers has also created public installations, and received the “Grand prix de la creation,” from the City Council of Paris.
